1. Introduction
Welcome to FIXIDU, a mobile application owned and operated by INDIAFIX Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FIXIDU app and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account or using FIXIDU, you represent that you are 18 or older and capable of entering into a binding contract. The Platform is intended for use only within India; if you access it from outside India, you are still solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
2. Accounts and Registration
To book handyman services through FIXIDU, you need to create a user account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself (such as your name, mobile number, and address) and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Security: Do not share your password or OTP with others. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
Account Usage: You may not impersonate someone else or create multiple accounts without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter is false or violates these Terms.
3. Nature of Services – Aggregator Platform
FIXIDU acts as an online marketplace connecting customers with independent service professionals (“Service Providers”). We do not provide the actual services (e.g., plumbing, electrical, cleaning) ourselves. The contract for work is directly between you and the Service Provider. Service Providers are independent contractors and not employees or representatives of FIXIDU.
4. Service Provider Onboarding and KYC
Service Providers must register via the FIXIDU Partner app, complete Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification, and comply with applicable licensing and quality standards. We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that fail verification or violate conduct rules.
5. Payments and Fees
All payments must be made through the app using Razorpay. FIXIDU acts as a limited collection agent for Service Providers. Payments are held in escrow until service completion is confirmed. Offline cash transactions are discouraged and not covered under FIXIDU’s protections.
6. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
- Free Cancellation: Before a provider is assigned — full refund.
- After Dispatch: Cancellation fee (visitation charge) applies.
- Rescheduling: Allowed if done at least 1 hour before start time.
- No-Show by Provider: Full refund and option to rebook.
- Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
7. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform lawfully, provide accurate information, treat Service Providers respectfully, and not misuse or exploit the Platform. Unauthorized activities such as fraud, scraping, spamming, or arranging services outside the app are prohibited.
8. Communications and Messaging Consent
By using FIXIDU, you consent to receive transactional and service-related messages via app notifications, email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Promotional messages can be opted out of via email links or support request.
9. Liability, Disclaimers, and Insurance
FIXIDU provides the Platform “as is” without warranties. Service quality rests with Service Providers. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for a specific order. FIXIDU may maintain limited insurance for certain incidents but primary liability rests with the Service Provider.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indiafix Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its officers, and employees from any claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All FIXIDU app content, logos, and software are owned by Indiafix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any content without written consent.
12. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or fraud. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@fixidu.com. Certain provisions (like liability, indemnity) survive termination.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction for related matters.

15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use of FIXIDU after changes implies acceptance.
16. Miscellaneous
- Severability: Invalid clauses will be adjusted without affecting the rest.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may transfer rights to affiliates.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond control.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the full agreement.
